1. Separate payment

This is the most popular method of payment. It is very convenient when the bouquet (gift) is delivered to one person and the payment is completed by another. In this case a Kvitka.ua's courier is going to the customer for collecting the payment, and the other is delivering bouquets at the given address.

5-20min. after the order is formed our manager will contact you by telephone ( e-mail or ICQ) to coordinate your order. Please tell the manager of the shop all necessary information: place (Address) of payment and the most convenient time for you and so on.

2. Payment on delivery

Use this method of payment in the case when you want to present the bouquet yourself. For example, before going somewhere for some occasion (anniversary, wedding and so on).Our courier will deliver the bouquet you chose to your home or office and you will pay at the moment of receiving the flowers.

The courier must give you check which will be your proof of your payment. All couriers that accept the payment must have branded badge with the logotype of the internet-shop KVITKA.UA, photo and the office telephone number.
